Real Estate and Construction
Real Estate and Construction Practice Details
Southeastern Pennsylvania has been called “The Stucco Failure Capital of the United States.” In alarming numbers, new or near-new houses are suffering water infiltration damage due to the improper installation of stucco and stone veneer exteriors. Water infiltration beneath the stucco system can cause major rotting that can damage the interior surfaces and framing because once the water penetrates behind the system there is no way for it to dry out. We have significant experience representing homeowners in litigation against builders and developers to recover for these damages.
We also represent both buyers and sellers of residential real estate in disputes over agreements of sale, deposit monies, home inspections, and disclosure issues.
- Commercial Lease Agreements
- Agreements of Sale / Contract Review
- Construction Defect Litigation
- Real Estate Disclosure Disputes
- Trespass / Property Damage
